BArch, Distinguished Fellow NZIA. Julie Stout is a registered architect with extensive experience in architectural and urban design projects in Auckland. She is currently a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Master’s programme at the School of Architecture and Planning, University of Auckland.
Her interest lies in the study of urban form and urbanism: the shape of our cities and how we live in them, particularly our public spaces. Her research focuses on the influence of cultural perceptions of space in urban form, and on the effect climate change will have on our cities.
